The surviving humans gathered together and, in incredibly difficult circumstances, built isolation barriers.,From afar, the massive ring-shaped city, divided into three levels—upper, middle, and lower—basked in the sunlight. Most of the buildings were three stories high, arranged in a staggered pattern from bottom to top.
